Thor A. Stensrud

Since 1991, Mr. Stensrud has been the Owner and President of TAS & Associates, Inc. Mr. Stensrud was a Senior Managing Director, Ltd. Partner, and Corporate Specialist, Corporate Securities for Bear Stearns for almost fifteen years. He was previously employed by Salomon Brothers, Ltd. as a Partner and Corporate Specialist, and by First National City Bank as a Financial Engineer, Corporate Financial Advisory Group. He attended the UCLA Graduate School of Philosophy and completed all coursework for a master’s degree while at Salomon Brothers. He also attended San Diego State University and completed requirements for a B.A. in Philosophy while on active duty in the USMC from 1961 to 1964. Mr. Stensrud graduated from Wagner College in 1961 with a B.A. in Economics and Business. He served from 1961 to 1971 in the United States Marine Corps Reserve – Captain (active duty 1961 through 1964, reserve duty thereafter).

Mr. King presently serves on the Board of First Bank of Beverly Hills and as Chairman of its Audit Committee. He has held several executive positions including CEO of Aviation Distributors Inc., a consultant to McCrory Corp. providing successful turnaround guidance for McCrory Stores, Executive Vice President and President of the Electrical and Mechanical Groups of JWP, Inc. and President and Chief Operating Officer of International Technology Corporation. Mr. King began his career as a Senior Consultant with McKinsey and Company, Inc. in 1969 after graduating from Harvard Business School. He graduated from the University of North Carolina in 1964 and served as a Captain in the U. S Marine Corps.

Mr. Hollo is Senior Vice President at Merrill Corporation, a global leader in data and document management for the financial services industry. Mr. Hollo services a diverse client base ranging from international corporations, to growing mid-cap companies and start-up ventures to meet Federal SEC certification requirements for legal filings and financial reporting. Previously, Mr. Hollo was with the Financial Printing Division of R.R. Donnelley. He is no stranger to the wide world of business: in his first career as Manager Import/Export Operations Western Hemisphere, RJR Nabisco, from the San Juan, Puerto Rico region office, first, and later, Area Director for the Near East, Middle East and Africa from the Athens, Greece area office.

Mr. Hollo graduated from Indiana University, School of Business. Mr. Hollo has been very involved in the revitalization of The Community Theatre in Morristown, New Jersey, where he served as a board member, 2004-2006 and continues as a member of the Development Committee. He is also a member of the Board of Trustees for the College of St. Elizabeth, Convent Station, New Jersey and the Great Swamp Watershed Association, in addition to Tri-County Scholarship Fund.

Max Link

Max Link, Ph.D, currently serves as Chairman of the board of directors of Alexion Pharmaceuticals, Inc. Since 1994, Dr. Link has been actively involved as a Director in numerous development-stage companies within the biopharmaceutical and medical device fields, both domestically and internationally. These include Alexion Pharmaceuticals, Protein Design Labs, Mipharm, Human Genome Sciences, Discovery Laboratories, Celsion Corporation, A-Medica Corporation and CytRx Corporation. In 1971 he joined Sandoz, Inc., and during the course of his career, he held positions as Chief Executive Officer of Sandoz, Inc. in East Hanover, New Jersey and later Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of the Board of Sandoz Pharmaceuticals Worldwide. In 1993 Dr. Link was Chief Executive Officer of Corange, the parent company of Boehringer Mannheim Diagnostics and Deputy Orthopedics. From 2001 until September 2003, Max Link was Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer of Sulzer Medica (later Certerpulse) where he engineered and oversaw the acquisition by Zimmer Holdings Inc. Dr. Link holds a PhD in economics from the University of St.Gallen, Switzerland.
